It's mid December already....

Somehow I always lose track of time....it seems like I last updated my journal only yesterday, but it has been more than a month...

I must apologize for the interruption in updates of my site, my webmaster was away shooting a competition in Atlanta (NPC Nationals) so, he was unable to add new pics and video while he was away.... we're back on schedule now though....

Since I last posted, I have done multiple shoots with Autumn, we had a blast... we also worked on my first DVD which will be released soon.... yes, I have been featured in other DVD's, but this will be MY first DVD creation....

As for an update on my progress, my body weight is sitting somewhere between 140-145lbs. I wasn't sure that I would be able to maintain a stable diet this long...I love food! Nonetheless, I'm training hard, resting lots and I'm making good gains too. I'm very pleased about staying lean too, I feel better...

I can't believe Christmas is less than two weeks away.... better yet, I leave for Hawaii in exactly two weeks today....I'll be shooting lots of video clips along with many pics while I'm there....fun in the sun for seven glorious days! Be sure to watch for the new content, it'll be available in early January.

Well, I'm off to cook some dinner and then I must do some Christmas shopping....
