WOW! my workouts are going extremely well....I love the off-season because I always feel good and I feel strong too.
Some of my better lifts to date are:

bench press - 205lbs.
shoulder press - 185lbs.
squat - 275 lbs.
barbell curls - 90lbs.

Keep in mind that I have never attempted a 1 rep max. I prefer to do sets of 8-10 reps...all of the above weights are based on those sets. I tend to pyramid the sets.
I typically train at dinner time because I feel strongest at that point in the day. My workouts are usually 1 - 1 1/2 hours long, it all depends on if I train alone or not.
Bye for now :)

Welcome!

Happy New Year!

My new year is off to a great start, I'm training heavy and hard without injuries. My next competition is scheduled for September 3, 2005. So, needless to say, I'm still enjoying the off-season...
I'm truly hoping to make some significant gains this winter. With great conditioning and substantial muscle mass, I'm hoping to turn pro this year!
My next journal entry will reveal my current stats/measurements...
be sure to check back soon!
