Happy Holidays!
The holiday season is approaching quickly.....I'm not sure that I'm prepared for Christmas this year. At least not yet anyway. The snow has finally come and gone...the weather has warmed up a little, but now we're being hit with blustery winds and rain...tis the season, I guess.
As of now, my family is still trying to decide where we should celebrate Christmas...I usually do the cooking so, as long as we're prepared, I could care less whose house it's at :) I suppose I should put up a Christmas tree, decorate my house and send out Christmas cards before it's too late.
My off-season training has been eventful....I'm still trying to adapt to a new style of training that I'm not used to...my body aches constantly, but it's good though. I'm truly enjoying training a different way. I do know that my training will be changing again in the next few weeks....the variety of training methods should keep my body responding. The change in my development has been significant over the last while so I'm eager to see more...time will tell.
My off-season diet plan is great....it's funny and often difficult to comprehend that I'm eating more than I ever have and not gaining any weight...lol...as you know, I love food, so eating is never an issue. Now speaking of food, I do need to get some Christmas baking done.... once I start, all those yummy goodies should have my weight increasing in a matter of days :) It's impossible to avoid all of the Christmas treats!
As promised, here is a pic from my 30th b'day party....my friends got me an ice cream cake...mmmm.....
Before I go, I'd like to wish you:
